Whe we meet, individuals, instituitons, there can be such an electric response.
Doing, seeing, acting, reacting . . .
Still such poential for good as well as bad.
Perhaps the optimist that waddles around in me . . . still as fuzzy as ever!
Consider the tools for change and care that we all carry around in us; yes it can happen, people and nations *can* change.
