...as the subject of the collapse of civilization
came up.  Someone asked me what I would do on such
an event.  I said that I would need stores of gold
(always useful to buy weapons), food, water and at
least a dozen good female friends relatively close
at hand.  Either to keep, rent or sell, depending on the
degree to which civilization had actually collapsed
and the degree to which the rest of us needed cash or
companionship.  Sort of like "Survivor".

I suppose, also, if electricity remained we could also
make porn, but I guess we could do that on stone tablets
as well.  Every civilization finds a way to record porn.

Anyway, was wondering what you thought of such a
scenario and what you would do if civilization
collapsed?  

Now that I have satisfied my ethical obligation
to tell you of my plan, you may take your place
in line to be rented or sold at any time you like.
Or run and hide.  Whatever seems to make sense.  I
don't think I have any taste for this kind of thing
if civilization has not collapsed completely, and I
imagine it will take time to do so, so there will be
plenty of time to escape the leash.  If you want to.

Perhaps a discussion list to discuss what to do in 
case of collapse, if this plan is not to your liking?
