Ouch!

I hadn't been back for a little while, there's so many other people milling around the internet, at least worth a passing look, even if not someone you feel a need to mail, or to come back to see what's new with. Looking through my bookmarks and I thought I would see how things were with you.

So the top of the page comes up with the "24 hours on the web" feature. Cool. I'd missed this somehow, so it was incredible to see what they achieved. And there's this great photo of you in the bathtub with the laptop. Was that your idea or the photographers? And your entry for Sunday was positive, almost contented, I thought that maybe things were well with you.

And then I scrolled down and saw Monday's entry, and it's just so bleak and full of pain. Alright, so it's impossible to be a sentient, living creature (and this does seem to exclude a not insignificant part of the human race) and not have good days and bad days, but such depths of despair ... I'm not saying that "everything will just work out fine", or telling you that you're wrong in your perceptions, just hoping that you can beat this particular demon, here and now.

So, hang in there.

Richard

PS: I really liked Louise's letter of 27th September (louise19).
